Lifting of the Precautionary Boil Water Advisory

Following the precautionary boil water advisory issued on May 8 due to fire hydrant repair work affecting the water system for residences located at 155 and 165 Breault Street, as well as addresses 600 to 1120 on Compton East Street, the Town of Waterville wishes to inform you that the advisory has now been lifted. The water is now safe for normal consumption. Test results have confirmed that the water is potable. Residents are advised to let water run from all taps for a few minutes. Thank you for your cooperation.
