Dear Earlstown residents,
City officials in Waterville have detected unusual water consumption in the Earlstown Sector. We are asking for residents' cooperation in reducing the use of drinking water. Please avoid activities such as: lawn watering, use of automatic sprinklers, pool filling, car washing.
